If everything goes as expected, Colorado legal cannabis industry is about to get a major windfall. Yesterday, Governor Jared Polis signed a bill that will pave the way for the state’s legal cannabis industry to be open to outside investors and publicly held companies, reported Marijuana Business Daily, a Denver-based news outlet for cannabis professionals. The approved measure comes a year after former Governor John Hickenlooper vetoed similar legislation.
